Lucio Fontana

Lucio Fontana (19 February 1899 – 7 September 1968) was an Italian painter, sculptor and theorist of Argentine birth. He was mostly known as the founder of Spatialism and his ties to Arte Povera.

   Lucio Fontana liked to utilize cuts, scratches, and lacerations of his works surfaces to create a mysterious sense of illusion and depth.

Reference 1 - MTV

A MTV of Kenji Wu (Taiwan singer), "Because you are woman"

It depicts a man still loving her ex-girlfriend deeply even she is already in a relationship with another man.  The scenes in the MTV most of the time using the cracking to express both of their emotions, how hurt are they, representing their heartbroken feelings.
